SYSTEM SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
·         Responsibility for day-to-day customer support
·         Direct contact with customer (working onsite)
·         System problem diagnostic
·         Cooperation with developers team
·         Transfer of knowledge and information between company and customer
·         Work under pressure in multinational team

Requirements:
·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science/engineering or related fields,
·         Technical background and knowledge of Apache/Tomcat, Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition, IBM WebSphere, Red Hat Linux,
·         Basic knowledge of Java and PL/SQL,
·         Excellent language skills – English and Thai required, 
·         Demonstrated ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity
·         Involvement, responsibility, accuracy, scrupulousness, timeliness, interpersonal skills
