DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Appstore team in Europe is looking for a marketing professional to support traffic generation and customer acquisition for Amazon Appstore in France, Italy and Spain.

As a Senior Marketing Manager you will work with internal and external partners to build and execute a strong marketing plan to help drive awareness and acquire customers to Amazon Appstore. This position is responsible for helping develop and execute a customer acquisition plan in a manner that supports business growth, helps drive awareness, and builds a loyal customer base. Amazon is looking for a marketer who will be creative to build the user base and accelerate growth of per customer value through range of marketing plans and programs. Channels you will leverage could include paid and organic search, mobile paid advertising, affiliate marketing, social media, YouYubers, and other online and offline marketing channels.

As a Sr. Marketing Manager for Amazon Appstore, your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Help define the consumer marketing plan; establish the optimal marketing mix; manage the consumer marketing budget, agency resources; and report marketing results to leadership.
- Participate in the establishment, implementation and measurement of the effectiveness of initiatives to help drive adoption of the Amazon Appstore, including mobile app paid advertising, affiliate marketing and social media marketing.
- Work both at the planning level by generating bold and innovative ideas for growth and at the tactical level by managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems.
- Draft and localize marketing collateral and advertising creative for various digital channels

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A passion and understanding of the mobile space with experience working directly with apps or games
· 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing of which at least 3 years in digital and gaming
· proven track record for leading successful digital marketing programs across the multiple touch points mentioned above.
· creative, analytical, customer focused, and have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines
· Bachelor's degree required
· Facility with Excel (pivot tables) required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluency in one of the following languages: French, Italian or Spanish
· Experience in the gaming industry
