Raffles Maldives Meradhoo is set in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll, South Maldives, and is surrounded by natural splendour. After undergoing significant renovations the resort will re-open as a Raffles branded property in November 2018, joining the iconic collection of Raffles hotels and resorts.
The property is located at a 55-minute flight from Male’ international airport followed by a 15-minute speed boat ride from Kaadedhdhoo domestic airport.
The resort presently boasts 21 island villas and 16 ocean villas with private pools, three restaurants, a scenic cocktail bar and an array of facilities and activities to relax, rejuvenate and reinvigorate the body, mind and spirit. These include an award winning luxury spa, private dining options, 24-hour butler and private chef service.

– Bachelor degree in Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Strong creative outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role is required in Luxury Brands.
  • Pre-opening and opening experience is preferred
Key tasks
  • Managing all marketing and communications for the resort and activities within the sales and marketing department.
  • Develop marketing strategy and plan for the resort in line with resort’s objective, goals and targets
  • Co-ordinating marketing and PR campaigns with sales activities
  • Responsible for the resorts marketing budget
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
    • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
    • Creating a wide range of marketing materials and sales tools
    • Working closely with PR agencies
    • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of marketing objectives
