Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer – Toronto, Ontario

The 9 Spokes smart dashboard enables small and medium businesses to connect their software to one dynamic interface, allowing management and advisors to access data and metrics across key areas, from any device at any time, to manage and grow their business.  To integrate software into the dashboard as well as choose from a selection of recommended and accredited apps to suit their industry.
Reporting to the SVP, Americas, this role is critical to the success of 9 Spokes’ Enterprise customers in America, as well to the development of prospects. In a small team in our Toronto offices, you will be the key driver of the client relationship and will deliver our world class cloud based technology to our Enterprise clients. As the assigned account manager you will be the key point of contact to ensure we maintain a high level of service, spanning sales and marketing, to coordinating workshops and project management. You will also be responsible for business development initiatives for Enterprise leads in the region.
You will own the enterprise client relationships, working closely with the client's internal teams to drive SMB engagement on the platform. The key to succeeding in this role will be to take control and own the client relationship, putting yourself in a position of trusted advisor and go to person. You will enjoy a deep relationship across all the business units of 9 Spokes, maintaining regular communications with support functions based in New Zealand and London. Travel to New Zealand and the United States would be expected. 
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, and must demonstrate experience and working knowledge across the following areas: 
  •  5+ years account or relationship management experience
  • Experience in assistance and support of marketing customer programmes and campaign management 
  • Proven interpersonal skills having worked as a trusted advisor for a technology company
  • An understanding of managing processes by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
  • Experience with business change / transformation projects, managing multi streams of end-to-end requirements to a successful delivery
  • Confidence working in the financial sector with knowledge of industry pain points
  • Experience working across multiple teams located across different time zones is desired
