Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective CRM & Marketing clients
- Consult with prospective clients on their needs and recommend appropriate Comarch loyalty solutions
- Develop full understanding of customer’s existing and desired business environment to determine functional and technical requirements
- Perform presentations and demonstrations appropriate Comarch CRM & Marketing software solutions to prospective clients as it pertains to client’s requirements
- Responds in a timely manner to RFPs, RFIs and various other client requested material and information
- Liaise with multiple IT departments to gather all necessary and required information needed
- Continuously maintains a significant understanding of Comarch’s portfolio of products including, but not limited to: current product offerings, hosting and technical architecture, product demonstrations, roadmap enhancements, case studies of referenced accounts
- Represent Comarch in various sales initiatives such as trade shows, conferences and industry events
- Monitor and stay current with loyalty industry trends and IT innovations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years experience in a relevant field
- Experience in loyalty marketing, application solution architecture, analytics software industry, a plus
- Must possess strong presentation and demonstration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to travel internationally and domestically (up to 25%)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
