Who we are
GrowSumo is a venture backed startup based in Toronto that graduated from Y Combinator, the business incubator that invested in Dropbox, Reddit, and Airbnb.
Our mission is to build the world's largest sales team. We enable companies to build, manage, and scale their reseller, partner, and community programs. Companies like Intuit, Evernote, and Chargeback leverage GrowSumo to work alongside and reward advocates and commercial resellers like Visa, Bank of America, and Authorize.net.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for people that are extremely organized and are motivated to build a startup into a global business. The ideal candidate has:
- 2-3+ years experience in a sales, customer support, customer experience, or general operational role in startup/tech companies
- College / university degree
- Experience supporting enterprises & SaaS product
- Experience in a small technology company an asset
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technically-oriented and enjoys learning the nuances of technical product
The role
Customer Support reps will own user engagement and will work with our business and technical teams to increase user activity on our platform. What does this mean? It means on-boarding customers, sending e-mails, answering support tickets, and doing whatever it takes to ensure that our users have an amazing experience!
