Capitalise.com uses in-house technology and data analytics to identify the best financing options available for UK businesses. We've partnered with over 80 institutional lenders throughout the UK to offer business loans to UK SMEs.
As a Graduate of the Microsoft Ventures Accelerator, we're looking for bright, ambitious people to join our talented business development team and continue our accelerated growth in the UK market.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a partnership manager you will be responsible for:
  • Being the main point of contact for partner firms and building strong relationships with those firms
  • Taking enquiries made by your partners from our funding platform through to a successful funding experience for their clients
  • Performing webinars of our platform to prospective and new partners
  • Training partners to use the platform and discussing funding opportunities from their clients
  • Speaking directly and via our platform to Accountants and the CEOs, Founders and Finance Directors of their clients across a range of sectors
  • Developing your business knowledge by learning about various business models and their funding requirements
  • Helping to manage relationships with 80 plus credit providers from high street banks to fintech stars
  • Learn about all forms of debt finance available to UK businesses
For this role you’ll need to:
  • A passion for technology, the startup community, and supporting other businesses as they grow
  • Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, be presentable and confident to conduct business on the phone and in person
  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
  • Highly driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team
  • Quick to understand, and explain our wide range of financial products available on the platform
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business development role in the finance industry
  • 2:1 or equivalent experience preferable
