About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned marketing manager to drive our India marketing programs and help us meet our lead and revenue targets. You will shape our regional marketing plans and help drive demand for our products through account based marketing programs, direct marketing and events, partnerships and co-marketing efforts and more. You will work alongside our sales leadership in creating and executing your marketing plans.

Responsibilities
  • Develop & execute a regional marketing plan with central marketing and local sales leadership
  • Define regional marketing KPIs and deliver them on a monthly/quarterly forecast.
  • Track your marketing campaigns and report on deliverables and success stories
  • Work with local industry bodies to improve our brand presence
  • Strong experience of Below the line activities & experience in hosting online and offline events)
  • Be a brand advocate and speaker for Freshworks
  • Hire, lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists for your region
  • Use various marketing methods to deliver the regional sales targets.
  • Work with various database and research agencies to plan the regional execution and segment focus.
  • Strong industry connect & comfort of engaging in the CXO community.
  • Should be well versed with the cloud terminology. Experience of marketing for cloud product will be preferred.
  • Stay updated on various industry trends and understand & source various industry reports (Gartner etc).
  • Can execute a large portion of GTM (go to market) plan & strategy.

Requirements
  • 8-12+ years of field marketing experience, preferably at a B2B enterprise software company
  • MBA preferred
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex technical matters in a simple manner without using jargon
  • Good knowledge of marketing tactics and best practices
  • Self starter & highly focussed on Execution.
  • Well verse with various marketing tools, presentation skill and should have a strong ability to execute a high velocity of below the line events.
  • Ability to effectively lead, inspire, and mentor direct and indirect reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple vendor negotiations and relationships.
