4 Characteristics of High-Performing Marketing Teams: A CMO’s Insights

My primary goal as a CMO is to create a world-class marketing organization. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with and around many organizations that have achieved this lofty objective, including Zendesk, Salesforce, Yahoo, eBay, Facebook, and Zynga. However, it’s challenging to create and sustain a high-performing marketing team. Multiply this by how many betting sites there are and you can quite easily come away with a profit of a few hundred pounds.
