Requirements:

• higher education, last year students (4th or 5th year) are welcome
• good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
• knowledge of customer service
• knowledge of German
• communication skills
• availability
• self-reliance and responsibility
• resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure

Responsibilities:

• receiving and processing the requests (answering phone calls and e-mails) from clients using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• phone service such as client training 
• first line support for clients using EDI and CRM
