Requirements:
  • Assist in the day to day administrative duties for Comarch’s NYC office;
  • Assist in the following : document flow, handling and routing mail, shipping administrator, data entry, vendor management, office supply, calendar management, coordinating and scheduling appointments, filing and record keeping, cell phone account and various ad-hoc assignments;
  • Gathering necessary documentation and data for payroll, corporate expenses, vacation /sick day requests, etc.;
  • Proactively Coordinate with internal departments when issues arise or as needed;
  • Collaborate with fellow team members within multiple departments whenever necessary to maintain positive working relationships;
Responsibilities:
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Possesses a positive, can-do attitude;
  • Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Desire to gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and ad-hoc projects;
