Your usual day at the office will involve:
- Answering incoming calls with enthusiasm
- Ensuring all customer inquiries are answered in a way that enhances the customer's experience
- Conveying product and marketing information to customers effectively
- Managing customer feedback in a manner that will meet or exceed customer expectations
- Taking customers through the showroom
- Monitoring and maintaining the sales pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Using a customer relationship management system to log all customer interactions
- Using an inventory management system to coordinate quotes, orders, and warranty processes
- Writing email sequences for the promotion of new products and services
- Feeding customer feedback information to improve all departments
- Analyzing data and account for opportunities
- 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
- You’re a really organized person and can develop creative solutions to problems
- You’re an active listener and you’re keen to offer feedback to help find the best possible solution
- You can handle pressure well
- You have a keen attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to work
- You’re friendly, easy to talk to, and approachable
- You have great phone manners
- You have a good understanding of standard sales operational processes (Quote to Invoice) or you’re willing to learn
- You’re comfortable using computers and learning new systems or software
