An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join our Bangkok office to drive client relationships and take an active part in transforming marketing across our industry. Responsible for delivering customer success and satisfaction, marketing expertise and drive the growth of business relationships. An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join our Bangkok office to drive client relationships and take an active part in transforming marketing across our industry. Responsible for delivering customer success and satisfaction, marketing expertise and drive the growth of business relationships. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key relationships with a portfolio of prominent clients, delivering a range of innovative marketing software solutions.
- Deliver and present on strategies and recommendations on the implementation of digital campaign platforms with our clients.
- Collaborate and empower your team to drive and deliver to the clients expectations.
- Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue and change management
- Be the essential link between the client and our internal teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client services management experience.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- Passion for delivering marketing solutions
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex relationships and working with a range of key stakeholders and delivering creative solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of current and emerging digital marketing trends
- Previous experience or knowledge working with CRMs or database platforms will be advantageous.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and work in a challenging and high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing and prioritising multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a digital or database agency will be highly advantageous
- Experience with enterprise campaign management tools (IBM, Salesforce, Adobe, Marketo etc.) will be highly advantageous
