Job Description

Understand all supply chain functions and be able to back up and support team members.
To work and coordinate with service provider and out-source to deliver as their target KPIs
To be assigned to such kind of supply chain improvement project or special assignment, make a good communication and coordinate with other stakeholders to achieve the target.
Manage the team and develop people to work smart and able to deliver the expected result.
Develop and maintain local SOP process in Sales Operation to always comply with Alcon standard and policy as well as to avoid unnecessary cost.

Minimum requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’ s degree of Business Management or other related fields Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in supply chain operations or project management.
Experience in Healthcare Company is a plus.
