PropertyGuru International is looking for a Media Relations Executive with corporate events experience to join our team. Experience liaising with PR agencies and an interest in the real estate industry is a plus.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are open to varied work and enjoy travelling around South East Asia to assist with PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure suitable non-paid partnerships for PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit
- Manage and monitor fulfilment of partnerships; provide all creatives and content throughout campaigns and ensure partner entitlements are delivered in a timely manner
- Monitor all partners’ activity in each market and report results with end of campaign report
- Manage and support partners at each event
- Work with Head of Events Marketing to brief local PR agencies on campaigns
- Liaise with local PR agencies for local translation of press releases and distribution
- Coordinate and attend local press conferences or media round tables when required
- Sourcing venues for local events when required
- Participate in any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication or related field
- At least 3 years of professional services in Marketing, Public Relations, Branding, Communications
- TOEIC score of at least 700
- Experience in Events, Marketing, Public Relations or Media background is highly desired
- Experience in writing, proofreading and copy-editing across a variety of platforms with a good command of English language
- Experience in event management
- Experience and understanding in Real estate industry, or at least possess a strong interest
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time-management
- Self-motivated and works well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour
- Personable manner and comfortable in social settings
- A desire to pursue a career in events
- Flexibility, some work outside office hours is required
